Costumer service during the day is horrible the lady with long hair light skin so rude the night people are nice and polite helpful. STREET PARKING IS THE WORST. Room was clean however I didn’t get room service like I was told I would after staying 4 days I had to ask the rude lady 3 times for towels. Over all would NOT EVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

The room was small but fine. The check-in process was a little slow. The big problem was that the shower did not have hot water. Even after 10+ minutes the water did not get any better than just "warm" or maybe even "lukewarm".
