Hotel stored my luggage until check in time. Check in was smooth and fast. Love the security feature of getting to your floor and room. Room clean and nice size with added kitchen features i.e. fridge, sink, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. Staff was exceptional, willing to help with directions, packaging tape to assist with sending a package home, market purchases and overall friendliness. Breakfast was hot and fresh each morning with a variety of different choices each morning. Wait staff were also friendly and helpful. Bar was indoor and outdoor. Comfortable furniture, cozy barstools and made you feel at home. Friendly bartender and hostess. Overall I had a great stay and would recommend and stay there again myself.

Rooms were clean, breakfast spread was also good with good options from both hot and cold variety.Really loved the complimentary all-day coffee available in the lobby. Hotel has a little tuck shop too with snacks, chocolates and drinks to buy.

The elevator system wasn't great even when it was actually working. They were very slow and didnt always stop on the correct floor. For the last 2 days of our stay, half of them were out of orderand the others wouldnt stop on odd numbered floors. There was also one day that they werent working at all and we had to walk fown 23 flights of stairs. While a minor inconvenience, it did negatively effect our trip since we never knew what to expect. The communication from the hotel about the elevators was non existent, which made it more frustrating. The location of the hotel was great, but there are better options in that area.

Staff was helpful and accommodating as they could be. Location was great with pizza and ice cream across the street, three minute walk to TS and Rockefeller! The room was fair. Unfortunately, the elevator had issues that would deter us from staying again. The elevator was inoperable from odd numbered floors. The kiosk was down, and it seemed as if only one elevator was working. On several occasions it took 20 minutes to get from the room to the lobby.

This hotel has 5 elevators. During our stay only 2 worked. We were told “engineers are working on it” for 3 days. It took at least 15-20 minutes to get up or down from our room due to the amount of people trying use them. Elected to climb 6 flights of stairs on multiple occasions. Would not recommend.

Home2 Suite rooms are one of the largest hotel rooms in this price range in Manhattan. Hotel is clean, but often crowded due to its location which is very central and convenient. They do need to work on improving their elevator algorithm. It stops on many floors when it’s full.

The room was clean. When we needed extra towels, they were brought up very quickly. Conveniently located in the middle of the midtown holiday action. Try the doughnut shop DOUGH just down the street! My only complaint was the loud HVAC system. It would very frequently click on and off overnight making the room go from near silent to a loud buzzing/rattling. Luckily we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room.

The room was clean and comfortable, if a bit cramped. I really could not recommend it for 3 adults. Toiletries and hair dryer were provided and the "kitchen" was adequately stocked with necessities. Surprisingly, there was even a dishwasher!
