Clean Hotel with Unattentive Staff

First there’s no parking not even limited parking for unloading your luggage plus there’s no hotel parking deck either!!! Breakfast is from 6am and over by 9am!!! Nope you can’t even get coffee! PBA: To all those Late Checkoutters like myself the latest time for check out is 12noon and if you go over the 12 noon checkout, you will be charged a $100 for late check out which is good til 2pm! Plus the hotel charges a $100-200 deposit for the entire reservation which I got back a day or 2 after check out!!! Long wait time a receptionist check in/outs!!! I just didn’t like the vibe of the staff, not attentive to the guests, rushed, rude to some, just not focused at all!!! Hotel is clean but staff needs more training on hospitality and customer service!!!

I will never stay at this property again. I chose this hotel for its proximity to where I needed to be, but I was unaware of the surrounding area. It’s located in a heavily policed neighborhood, which made me feel uneasy. The property was advertised as offering breakfast, but there was no real breakfast provided, just coffee and a few store-bought baked goods. On the first night, the AC worked, but it stopped functioning for the remainder of my stay and was never fixed. One night, the fire alarm went off just as I was preparing for bed. No one came to inform guests of what was happening, I had to call the front desk myself, only to be told there was no emergency. That lack of communication was extremely concerning. Additionally, I had to request fresh towels every day, but even then, the towels were dirty. One had a stain so repulsive I immediately threw it on the floor and washed my hands. The shower itself wasn’t clean either. If I could get a refund, I would. This property did not meet the basic standards expected for the rate I paid.

The hotel didn’t accommodate our request to refund our stay despite of the emergency circumstances and it was a financial hardship. There was a death in the family.
