The accommodation room is relatively small ,and the hotel is newly opened, which is clean and tidy. However,when booking a hotel room, there was breakfas,but only one breakfast was used,and the breakfast was canceled for noreason,which is a sign of lack of credit.After we left,the price of the hotel was raised to more than 250dollars,and some hotels in the center of Manhatt an Island were lower

The room was fine but there was no breakfast after our first morning there. Our last night there was some kind of party/event going on downstairs literally all night. Super loud music, could hear the bass in our room on the 4th floor and the music was still going when we left at 3am. Overall, it wasn't terrible or anything but I'll definitely be choosing a different hotel for my next trip there.

Front desk staff was friendly, but my issues were with the hotel itself and the cleanliness. The room was small, restroom walls had brown stains, shower floor was dirty, towels had a weird smell and they were stained as well. One of the nights it looked like they just tossed new towels on top of the bed instead of replacing them in the restroom then another night they just replaced one of our body towels instead of both. There was constant loud construction going on outside the hotel which made it difficult to rest. There was no chair inside the room to use for laptop work which was one of the main reasons I picked this hotel because the room pictured showed that there was a chair at the table/desk. The lobby seating area was closed off for the last 3 out of the 5 days of our stay, so I didn’t have anywhere to work on my laptop from. They were working on some sort of construction inside the lobby seating area then there was a party there Saturday night which was very noisy as well.

Nearby road construction was 24/7. There is a waste management company across the street so expect “dumpster view” rooms if you don’t upgrade. The front desk staff is friendly and very helpful! Rooms and common areas were very clean. Good breakfast and coffee are a 5-10 min walk. Coffee and croissants in the breakfast room are sufficient if that’s all you want
