This is the second time my wife and I have stayed here, and we feel it is the best place to stay in Manhattan for several reasons: Very reasonably prices, our room was clean and the hotel staff friendly and attentive to our needs. Albeit while some of the furniture could use some updating (dresser, end table), what mattered most, the bedding, couch, bathroom were updated, fresh and clean.And also unlike most affordable city hotel rooms, since it is an older hotel, the room was spacious with plenty of room to spread out and not be cramped in the slightest and has an "old New York hotel" charm to it. Breakfast was okay, a typical continental fare (although the vienna sausages they served with scrambled eggs was a bit odd) and fresh every morning we were there. Another huge plus for us is the hotel is perfectly located to eveything we wanted to do and where we wanted to go being right in midtown in the heart of Korea-town it was completely safe and within walking distance to so much. We are already planning next year's Christmas in New York vacation and have no doubt we will be coming back here again.

Good location next to Subway. Room was clean, large sitting area and bathroom. Breakfast was well supplied and sufficient to start your day. Jeremy the manager was extremely helpful as well as the young man running the breakfast. Room was never cleaned or beds made. Called each day for trash removed.otherwise was a pleasant stay.
