Room was good. Spotless bathroom.and.large TV with corner sofa. Wifi was not reliable, connecting sometimes - this wasnt roo much of a worry, but worth considering if it is important. Breakfast was basic but good. Staff were all friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Barman at night was great. Location was great,.

My experience was great--the hotel is located in Koreatown and is very close to a subway stop, which was very convenient for everything I wanted to do! The hotel room was clean, the staff were very polite and accommodating--I was able to store my luggage there before my check-in time and they also let me keep it there after I checked out (my flight didn't leave until late in the afternoon). Highly recommended!!

The hotel was in the perfect location. The staff were extremely, welcoming, helpful and friendly. Our room was located to the back of the hotel, so although we didn’t have a view, it was quiet and extremely comfortable and clean. Comfy bed, lovely big bathroom, plenty of towels, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash and lotion. Good wardrobe space, safe, fridge and free WiFi. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety of food & drinks, and was also included in the price. The manager also put out lemon slices each morning, to add to my hot water, after I queried availability on the first day. The hotel is situated in an excellent location within walking distance to Penn Station, shops, restaurants, the subway, and all the main attractions. There is also a lift in the hotel. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
