The bathroom is just next to your room and shared with only 1 person. Kitchen and living room are right there when you open your door.
Double size closet with hanging clothing shelf and shoe rack will hide all of your clutter. You have nice size dresser next to your bed as well!

COMMON SPACE
Upon entering you are welcomed by tall ceilings and hard floors, the American kitchen with living room is at the end hallway facing Hudson River and Park view.
A Huge kitchen island gives us great opportunity to eat together and cook two people at the same time. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances such as electrical kettle, coffee maker, rice maker, blender, espresso machine, microwave, Italian coffee pot) beautiful countertop, and sophisticated cabinets and drawers. You will have a personal space in the cabinets, fridge as well as on kitchen shelf.
We have two bathrooms that you will be using the bathroom close to your room and share with me during your stay. You will find toiletries in the bathroom and personal space.
NIOSE
We are on the most peaceful side of Manhattan where everyone wants to live. There are no shops and stores under the buildings so Riverside Park not only offers Hudson River view, but it also makes us feel like we don’t live in the city. Yet, the main street Broadway is just 1 block away where you will find many shops, store and grocery markets.
These room face courtyard so you will sleep like a baby!
