The staff was EXCEPTIONAL! Extremely professional and courteous. Was thrilled that we were able to get an early check in, but they also had the option to store our luggage if needed. The rooms were a nice size, the bed was extremely comfortable, the hotel was conveniently located and steps away from Times Square and the Theater district. Breakfast was wildly expensive so we did not order anything in that regard. Was also not thrilled with the additional “destination fee”… It was also not conveniently located near the airport and the Lyft was nearly $90 to the hotel and about $70 from the hotel to the airport. But, overall, it was a great choice and would definitely stay there again!

The room was extremely clean and very comfortable. My sister forgot her toothbrush and the room attendant was quick to find one for her. Also like the security of having to use your room key to operate the elevator. Would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in NYC.

Great hotel with convenient access to public transit and Times Square/Broadway. Staff was super helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. No real room service, but plenty of restaurants nearby or through GrubHub. There's also a nice market with seating adjacent to the lobby. My only (minor) complaint was breakfast - expensive takeout bags with limited options.
