BEWARE READ THE SMALL PRINT… The hotel was nice but had hidden fees in the small print. I reserved the hotel several months in advance and took advantage of the prepaid non cancellation rate. When I checked out I learned that the Hyatt charged my card an additional $40 per night for destination fees…. I spoke with someone in accounting who had to read it from the website in order to explain it. Basically they offer 10 percent and higher discounts at different vendors.. What a Scam… Worst than the fabricated Covid Fees…

Not much to do when in the hotel! Bar 54 ?? $150 for 3 drinks and a poor view. When you get back to your room after a long day of being out your room is where you’re confined to. No place to sit, nothing. I was not a fan especially With the costs.

Not a very modern hotel but great location and well maintained, clean, quiet and excellent staff. We stayed 3 nights and upgraded our ‘high floor’ room to a ‘times square view suite’ upon arrival, based on a promotion offered by the staff at check in. This suite had a separate living room and nice large bathroom with tub and great shower pressure. We ordered breakfast every morning (3 times), it was ok and was delivered in less than 15 mins each day. Can’t beat the location if you wanna be close to Times Square!
