Despite a short one night stay, this hotel has a warm friendly and polite staff with an easy check in Hotel is located on Theater row and convenient to Times Square, Rock Center and 5th ave shopping! Rooms are nicely designed, fresh and comfortable bedding, and a nice bathroom with powerful rain shower head. 54 Rooftop Lounge has a nice Ambiance and a friendly and accommodating bar staff. Great Value and I would highly recommended!

The staff were kind , friendly, and helpful. The room was lovely with a great view. Loved the ease of location to get to both Central Park area and Washington Square Park area. Plus you are surrounded by choice of the best on and off Broadway shows! Great hotel choice for my visit!

While this isn't the biggest, newest hotel in the area, it met our needs and was exactly what we wanted at the right price point. Checking in and out was a breeze, staff was friendly and went above and beyond to honor our booking request of a high floor with a view and left us a birthday note and balloons in the room as well. The room was clean and had plenty of space, the bathroom as well. Housekeeping came every day to make beds, change towels and freshen things up.

Good location, right off Times Square but quiet given how high our room was. One of the only 2 elevators that could get us to our floor broke and that was very problematic. The room had a bit of a musty smell but overall it seemed very clean.

I felt welcome immediately upon entering the Hyatt Centric Times Square. The front desk staff were happy to assist me. I was early for check in, my bags were held for me securely and I waited in the cozy seating area of the lobby. When my room was ready and went up to the 24th floor and found a clean and spacious two queen space with a very large stall shower in the bathroom and a dry bar hair dryer-a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciated the fluffy duvet. I will recommend the Hyatt Centric Times Square to anyone who wishes to be centrally located in Times Square but just enough away from the noise at night.

Great location and very friendly staff. Rooms are so spacious and very clean. The woman from housekeeping on my floor was very sweet and professional, as in the entire staff. I've stayed here a few times and have recommended it to many people. One thing I'd love to know is what the scent is in your lobby - it smells so good I want to replicate it in my home!
