If you just need a place to spend the night, this hotel is adequate. For it being “new”, it looks a bit run down with beat up furniture. There was no WiFi. The location isn’t bad with just a few blocks to the subway.

Hotel room was not cleaned well. One elevator was not working. Would likely stay somewhere else if it wasn’t last minute. Staff was nice and helpful.

This was a great location with an ok view of the city. Mini mart on the corner and many restaurants in the area. If ur not a fan of early wake ups, be aware a church bell rings every morning. Hotel has a small parking lot but I found a spot for the 2 nights I stayed. But there is also street parking. My top reason for the poor review is the buildings air conditioning system wasnt working on some of the floors. We were on the 10th floor and we spoke to a couple who was kn the 8th tjat arrived the day before us they had no ac either. Our room was so hot and humid reaching almost 80 degrees. We called and they said they'd senf someone up in 15-20 minutes. When didn't happen we went downstairs to ask again. They said they had someone going to each floor from the top floors down. So we went to eat. And when we got back to the room they put a box fan in there. We went back downstairs and asked again and told them a box fan was not acceptable and were told they were waiting for a delivery of window ac's and theyd come and install it. They guaranteed me the ac would be unstalled that night so we went out for the evening and again upon our arrival. Still a jot room and no oortable ac installed. Highly dissapointed and we should have been told in afvance there was a problem with the ac befroe we arrived. And not be lied to about them actually "fixing" the ac and installing a portable one. A bix fan in an NYC high rise building in the Summer is unacceptable.

The hotel was great bed was clean everything was tidy upon arrival AC worked perfectly fine Windows were soundproof couldn't hear anything outside The hotel. The staff was amazing friendly and helpful,All around great time staying there real close walking distance to the Metro and e-bike stations

This place ticked the critical boxes - room was clean and had everything; close to MTA. What it lacked: consistently working elevators, a decent coffee and tea set up and decent wifi above the ground floor. The location is safe and has a few nearby businesses for food etc. It just feels like they're not 100% set up yet. It was perfect for my purposes since I was in for a day of work and the rate was good.
