We had the best experience at this hotel thanks to a wonderful staff, and specifically Adam at the front desk. Just a brief uber ride from the Brooklyn cruise port - we were snowed in following our cruise. Adam and team accommodated us and our luggage early to ensure it was a welcoming experience. The rooms were clean with modern bathrooms and a rainfall detachable shower head combo. We did laundry for $10 for the first load and $5 thereafter. The team helped us with restaurant recommendations and found us a cab during the ice storm to take us and our luggage to Penn station. Wonderful experience, would stay again.

Rooms are small but perfectly adequate. Bed was comfy, shower was great. Staff were all pleasant—ready with recantations in the neighborhood. Don’t know why people complained about breakfast….fresh eggs, sausage and potatoes, fresh fruit, yogurt and cold cereal and bagels, croissants and bread for toast. Even a couple of changes ea h day. Hotel is also very convenient to the R train (5 min walk) which quickly gets you to major hubs for transfers.

Breakfast had a good variety and had a cozy and clean area to eat and lounge. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was nice and receptive. Parking was very safe with valet. We even got there early and were able to park our car with a small fee and get in to our room to store our belongings a couple hours before check-in which allowed us to go explore the city like we wanted.

Bed and pillows were top notch and comfy! Room was quiet and perfectly equipped. Breakfast was disappointing. Brooklyn has way better food than this! Coffee was awful. Still it was a great stay and a good value even if I had to buy my own breakfast nearby.
