The staff at Motto has been nothing but top notch in terms of customer service and making me feel valued as a guest. I would not hesitate to stay here again. I required an accessible room and they did not disappoint.

The hotel itself seems lovely but our room was only cleaned once our whole stay. Everyday we had to request new towels, bins emptied and even toilet roll. You would think me flagging this once would make them be proactive and ensure the room was definitely cleaned the next day - not the case at all. The staff seem to be very reactive to issues here they could easily prevent. For over £100 per night you would expect the basic room clean. You are also paying around £30 per day resort fee which includes 2 bottles of water per day - you only get these if your room gets serviced! Big scam!!

Tissue products were very rough as were the towels. Pillows were awful. Alarm went off in the middle of the night. Elevator service was slow.

This hotel is unreal. Me and my partner spent so long on review sites trying to find somewhere but everywhere seemed to have something bad about it. This hotel is what made our trip feel special, opening up your room door for the first time to a 37th fl view of the financial district at night is unforgettable. (We opted for a city view room). Yes, it’s slightly more on the pricey side, but if you want peace of mind, this is what you want. Staff were incredibly helpful, rooms were impeccably clean and actually of decent size (we were told everywhere in NY is tiny..), and the additional lounge areas are very nice. Great location with easy access to bus and subway. Couldn’t ask for more.

Spectacular View

Wonderful hotel, would certainly book again. The rooms with view are certainly spectacular and worthy. Wish there was more of an armoire but everything is setup very efficiently. Great showers! Thumbs up for the handheld faucet option. Good atmosphere. Wonderful lounge too.
