They are so accommodating!! Such friendly staff. Rooms are definitely on smaller side and made for solo/couple traveling due to shower situation but still super nice

The staff member at the reception were very welcoming and helpful. The room was neat and organized. Little compact but that’s how NYC is. A small coffee or kettle for tea would have been great. However, the stay was very pleasant and relaxing.

I had to cut my trip short due to a major snowstorm. The hotel said they would refund the nut, but I had to call Expedia. They refused to refund anything. No credit, partial or nothing. They should have understood and credited me a night at the least.
