Nice and clean hotel. The mattress is thin, and I can tell it is already sagging a bit into the murphy-bed underneath. I slept well, but have a feeling its not going to be comfortable that much longer.

Perfect location for a Broadway-show weekend in NYC! The bartender, Percy, was very nice. Room is tiny but does the job (safe clean quiet place to sleep).

Location was great. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping always came when I was already back in my room so I didn't get service all week. Neighbors were SO loud and disrespectful for multiple nights. Smashburger at the Alderman was DELICIOUS!

Great Location

It's small and not much bathroom privacy, however the public bathroom downstairs is fully enclosed per stall to do your business. The rest of the facility is great and does the job. Great location. You truly are in the center of it all.

전반적으로 좋았고, 일부 미흡한 사항이 있었음. 혼자 사용하기 편리하고, 매일 내야하는 destination fee 34.42달러에 대해서 매일 물 2개와 과자 2개와 10달러의 크레딧을 받아서 여행에 도움이 되었음. 그리고 숙소 위치가 아주 훌륭함. 불편한 점은 침대의 중앙이 아래로 움푹 들어갔고, 이용한 13일 동안 먼지가 늘어나는 것이 보였음. 그리고 마지막 크레딧 정산에서 오류가 있어서 정정했음.

Location to Times Square is excellent. The units are shockingly small, well designed. Didn’t anticipate how small. Outside noise continuous, had to use ear plugs. Bar, restaurant and gym really good. Hostile reception. Better service at checkout. Would stay again given location

Hotel had the best location , you legit can get to time square in one minute. The room was super quiet and spacious for two. The staff was nice.

I had really high hopes for this hotel. I wanted to like it! First, the good. The actual room is thought out. Very efficient use of space. NYC hotels tend to be small but also cramped so I will say didn’t feel that way. The downstairs dining/bar is nice, easy for a quick drink/bite. Location can’t be beat. Now the bad. The elevators are SOOO slow. I’ve been at other places where this staggered system has worked out really well. When you spend over 5 minutes trying to get on an elevator and out of the hotel, that’s a problem. The service at the bar was awful! The male waiter was so unfriendly and completely uninterested. He was on his phone several times. He had an attitude when we asked for anything and never gave the proper checks. The female waiter, with the glasses, was also super unfriendly. Honestly our group would have gotten more drinks but the vibe deterred us. Our room’s AC didn’t work and we had to sleep in a room that was 79 degrees since we checked in later. We had someone check it out and said they fixed it. Had to call them up again and eventually got moved. We had to delay our day because of all of this. The walls are also PAPER THIN. My neighbors alarm sounded like it was mine, and I can hear every step and flush. It’s an affordable priced place but I’ve been to a few other hotels in the area and will definitely not stay here again.
