Perfect location, about a 5 min walk to Times Square, Rockefeller Center. Room was clean, staff were friendly. Would come back again!

Room was small but serviceable. Heat could not be adjusted and the room felt quite cold. Thermostat said 68 but it felt more like 65 and despite turning up the heat on the thermostat, it never came on and stayed at 68.

This was the perfect spot for three friends traveling to NYC. The rooms are small (we each had our own) but well appointed and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Perfect location, too. I would stay there again!

I believe cleaning staff sprays a disinfectant every morning. The smell permeates even from outside your room. The walls are extremely thin. You hear coughing and conversation as the f it’s from within your own room. I stay at other pod-type hotels and this is the worst for noise and space. Multiple false fire alarms. I would prefer the $30 daily fee be transparent. Just list the All-in price. Besides all that, I did like the location.

GREAT staff! Room was ready when we got there at 12:30 pm! Room was clean but very, very small. WE knew we wouldn't be in it much but there is literally nowhere to sit but on the lower bed. I (67 year old woman) had to climb up to the twin bunk. Toilet cubicle was a bit small but for the price and fabulous location it was a great value. The bar in the lobby served delicious coffee and Happy Hour drinks. I'd go again but only if I can sleep on the bottom bed!
