Felt like it wasn’t up to par with how the other reviews/pictures described. Rooftop was closed for private events so could never see the bar, hotel was extremely crowded and check in was late. Bathroom has a flat floor so from the toilet to the shower drain it is covered in water. No closets/storage for clothing and no mini fridge or helpful gust service employees. Needed an emergency tooth brush and it took 9 hours to get one even though they were right at the check in counter.

Loved our stay at the Moxy. Traveled with two girlfriends and the bunk bed room was perfect for our group of three. The hotel was clean and stylish with a gorgeous rooftop bar and really friendly, helpful staff. We especially loved "Doorman Alex." 10/10 would stay again.

Location is great. We stayed here twice in the last month and stayed on the 2nd floor one visit and the 9th floor during the second. There was a decent amount of street noise/night life noise that made it difficult for my husband to sleep when we stayed on the 2nd floor. The 9th floor was great. Also was a little disappointed in the mixed messages we received when calling the # for this location we were told that valet was 24/7 and when we arrived that was not the case. We were then told to park at a specific parking deck and was told it was open until 2am (we arrived at 1am) and unfortunately no one was there so we had to scramble to find somewhere else to park and after a 10+hr drive in it was a little frustrating. During our 2nd stay it seemed that the cleaning crew maybe were having difficulties getting through the rooms timely. We left at 9am and did not return until 3:30ish and our room still had not been serviced so ultimately, we just put the DND sign up since we were back in. The stay overall was great, and we would return but just a few "hiccups" we had to work around.
