Pros: very clean room, comfy king bed, good shower, modern updates, great location. Cons: teeny tiny room with little storage - we were stepping over our luggage to get into bed, few amenities, no robe or slippers, staff not the warmest, thin walls, no coffee/tea in room. Club is blasting EDM until the early morning, could hear it faintly on the 6th floor which thankfully wasn’t too bad but something to keep in mind when booking. Party scene wasn’t our vibe but a fine hotel for a night or two. For the price there are better in this neighborhood.

Very small room. No closet to hang your dress! You need to hang your dress on the wall! Sink is by the bed not with potty! Small room and not having enough space to walk! At the middle of the night we woke up with fire drill and ran form 8 floor to the street and we were told was a false alarm go back to your room! We scared to death and staff was rude and pretending that nothing happened. My mom is old with knee and back pain and had to ran from stairs from the 8th floor to the street! Not recommending this hotel! Not worth of one penny!

The rooms are small but well appointed. The neighborhood is fun! We enjoyed hanging out in the tables just outside the lobby. The rooftop bar is a must see.

It took us a day to adjust to the peg system to hang clothes, toiletry bags etc. By day two we were totally in love and felt so comfortable. We found the bar and lobby area to be very relaxing. We had rain during our stay and the hotel provided umbrellas. The desk staff was vey helpful and accommodating. We loved it so much that we are planning a local long weekend vacation in St Petersburg Fl and booking a room at the new Moxy there.

Great location, rooms are compact but ok. The hotel sought to cancel my booking on the day of arrival unless I provided an alternative card for payment. The hotel also essentially becomes a nightclub on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. Overall ok but doesn’t justify the cost.
