Rooftop bar wasn’t open whole stay. Looks like the hotel is under construction. Towels have stains on them. Lobby floor was wet.

Absolute Royal Treatment

Sam Sona and Sana were an absolute extremely caring, personable and fantastic staff. They made our stay better than any hotel I have been too and I travel a lot. They went above and beyond to make our experience better than we could have imagined. This is the place to stay in Brooklyn. Perfect location great view art everywhere . They help you figure out parking. They will make sure you are taken care of, food help etc..and this was the ultimate first class treatment, rooms were impeccable. Just ask for help and they got you all true professional and this is a 100 star place….you won’t be disappointed! It is the absolute and complete best experience of a lifetime. They made our stay incredible …thank you so much for everything. JP

Pretty basic but functional room and hotel in general. They could provide more tea options. The area itself is pretty good with shops and restaurants within walking distance and subway. Would stay again!

Our stay was okay. Service was friendly. We got stuck with a room on the bottom floor that had a trash bin outside so we couldn’t open the window without it stinking. The room was nice and comfortable. The shower unfortunately took 10-15 minutes to get some hot water running. Overall nice hotel unless you get put in our room.
