The property was in a great location walkable to many attractions. Close to a subway station. The rooms were nice a little outdated. Very uncomfortable pillows. We only used housekeeping for one day and they did not throw out our empty water bottles. We had a Kierig coffee maker never brought clean mugs or paper cups or new coffee pods. The concierge Mary was extremely helpful and so kind!

Great location for our family of four. Not too noisy at night. Easy walk to Rockefeller Center and close to the E subway. Walkable to Central Park and other attractions. Staff was helpful. The kids enjoyed the ping pong in the lobby area as well. Would recommend this location!

Nice place.

Our first visit to NYC. Nice greeting. Everyone very friendly. SO MANY PEOPLE! Close to what we want. St. Patrick’s Cathedral, NFL store & more. Left luggage in storage while off to Freedom Tower tour. Unfortunately a $400+ bill w/$35 fee for “destination “ charge! Ridiculous. Not staying there anymore.
