Lovely hotel- well staffed with friendly and courteous people. Clean rooms with very comfortable beds, pillows, linens, decent sized bathroom with very clean shower/ tub. Rooms and area were quiet.

It was fine but for $750/night I expect a room that doesn’t smell musty and has actual running water. Staff was very responsive and came up quickly to fix water situation. But I still had to run the water to get all the brown gunk out. Iron leaked water all over my clothes. And room needed extra blankets and when I called they said housekeeping was gone for the evening. So I used a bath towel to keep my child warm. Great location for shopping on 5th & by Rockefeller. I liked smaller atmosphere of hotel & concierge was super nice & helpful!

It was a decent place to stay in order to be close to the broadway shows, time square and shopping. The hotel carpet did not look clean and the staff were not very helpful, with the exception of the bellman, who was amazing!

This hotel was the perfect area for our family with small children. It was walkable and near multiple metro stations making travel to different areas very easy. It was near enough to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and Broadway shows that we were always near enough to the action without being in a super noisy area. The hotel itself is very nice and even had a bathtub for the kids— a must after 20,000 step days.
