We really enjoyed our stay at the Omni Berkshire Place. The location was great. The room was a bit dated, the double beds were full sized at best, and the beds were ridiculously hard. Annoying that you have to ask for a fridge and that there is no coffee maker (instead they bring coffee to you when you call in the AM after you join their little club).

Lovely stay! Great location and super friendly staff. Surprise tiki bar downstairs adjacent to the hotel. Wish the beds had been a bit larger but overall the stay was wonderful.

I have stayed here many times. This time the room and bathroom were not well cleaned. The ice bucket bag was never changed nor the water thrown out. The pillows are ridiculous—there’s nothing left in them. I am disappointed.

It was a rocky start with our adjoining rooms booked through Expedia ( confirm by me directly with the hotel via messenger) not ready There was a booking issue with the second room, so our family was not able to stay together on the first night. We were in separated rooms. However, the management did their best at making it up to us with a welcome treat, and also gave us a really good late checkout to line up their flight. Overall worked out good, thanks to Hector and staff

The omni was elegant hotel, staff very helpful but waiting for refrigerator was slow.should be provided in room without waiting. Room service was limited or didn't offer 24/7 which was inconvenient, if you were hungry you had to go out looking for restaurant.
