Good location for Lincoln Center and Times Square

The location was convenient. There was minimal street noise from the 18th floor. The bed was comfortable. The front desk service was not especially friendly. They seemed annoyed. Other staff were friendly, particularly the housekeeping staff. The property shows signs of wear but overall clean and comfortable.

Fist when getting in our room we didn’t have a remote for the TV . Called to front desk about 3x and about a hr later they both another remote. Secondly we didn’t have any wash cloths to wash with so we called to the front desk again and after another hour we finally got our wash cloths. The bad part about this is we had a prior engagement to be to at a certain time so with that being said we didn’t make our engagement on time due to waiting on wash cloths.. So I got up the next morning and ask the cleaning person why they didn’t put any wash cloths in my room and they said we ran out of towels and wash cloths that’s why I didn’t get any in our room. WOW
