Small hotel located near the WTC. Nice bed and views. Clean bathrooms. Limited amenities but the price was right for one night. Was able to explore the nearby area although it here seems to be a lot of construction going on.

The room was very comfortable and the view was incredible. Quiet area, staff was very nice. My only reason for rating this hotel 4 stars is the deli. The cafe/deli was not good. Everything took very long to come to the table, and the breakfast wasn’t good. The staff there were kind but the service was extremely slow. Next time I would take the walk to a local spot.

I had an excellent stay. The staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive. The location is perfect for exploring downtown, surrounded by great restaurants, shopping, and plenty of things to do. So close to the freedom Tower, the Oculus and Battery Park City. Clean room, easy friendly check-in. Parking is tough but they have an agreement with a garage for a discounted rate. Did not get the breakfast.
