Night shift customer service is awful. My second night here I was not able to get any sleep due to what the receptionist called a 'roof top' party. I asked her if she could do anything about the noise and she said no, but the way she said no was like she couldn't care less. She was very dismissive and cold, and didn't try to hear out my concerns about the noise. In our room there were no chairs, and no closet to store clothing. Also the coffee here is NOT complimentary. Expect to pay anywhere between $4-$6 from anywhere to a simple black coffee to their other drinks on the menu. The only upside was when I was checking out the next morning and the receptionist asked how everything was. After I explained my experience to her, they managed to issue me a partial refund for my stay. That is the only reason why I am not giving a 1 star review. Overall, you are better off spending your money at a different hotel.

Ok let's get into it!! Let's start with Cynthia who works the front desk (I think she's one of the leads)! She was dope! (For those who don't understand the lingo lol) she was amazing!! Super professional extremely pleasant and welcoming and very helpful! The decor of the hotel is not your average decor! It's gives a bit of tribal history from the works of art throughout the hotel! It gives Dominican culture as well with a splash of the Dominican salons! I have stayed in resorts and hotels all over this place is like no other! The rooms were super cool with brick style walls stylish hooks on the walls for hanging, plenty of outlet usage, a tiny cute fridge. The hallways were so clean and the lighting gives suck a relaxing feel! We had a room with a window! Being from NYC we see big buildings daily but the room we had gave us such an amazing view of Harlem, the GWB, the Heights different parts of the Bronx I mean it was so refreshing. Front desk staff were very efficient friendly and courteous! I must say I truly found a hidden Gem in NYCs Washington Heights! Now let's get into the restaurant babyyy that food was delicious! Let's talk about Freddy real quick! Super friendly super cute (Guys 😉) bartender! The way he made those mojitos amazing!! I'm glad I chose here to stay for my husbands birthday and no where else! If you're from out of town you will be in the convenience of anything you can want! Shopping area transportation to for much more! You'll enjoy your stay!!
