The rooms are spotless and smells fresh courteous housekeeping staff, and a great continental breakfast.

There were nats flying around the room & bathroom! 5 am in the morning. There was a tremendous amount of noise, from teenagers in the room next door, the teenagers spilled out into the hallway. They set off alarms, there were flashing lights in my room. I called the front desk four times and there was no answer. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

The first room the toilet wouldn’t flush and the coffee pot wouldn’t work. We ended up moving rooms after moving all of our items the heat was not the best in the room and once again another non working coffee pot. The location is great if you just need somewhere to stay if you’re in the Brooklyn Flatbush area.

Check in is behind proson glass. Dog mess all over entrance floor. Weed smell everywhere in building. Very noisy from other rooms and street. Put us next to elevator which is, of course, noisy. Brand new hotel that is already ruined. Do not stay here
