I don’t typically write reviews but I feel inclined. The hotel was a disappointment overall, the service felt impersonal. If you check in anytime before (3pm) even though there are rooms available you have to pay a fee. The rooms themselves have uncomfortable beds, cheap towels and linens. The rooms have thin walls making it challenging to sleep if you have loud neighbors. All in all,a poor experience start to finish.

You get what you pay for in NYC. While the property is quite new, it's still a budget hotel. Cons: - No carpet anywhere so noise from the hallway is quite loud - The staff was nice but not available 24/7, I checked out around 6:30am and left my key behind the desk because no one was there Pros: - Location is fine, Brooklyn can be rough but its in a good spot. Felt safe in a first floor room - Rooms had all basic amenities, and the shower was hot - Very clean and quite comfortable Overall not bad! I would return if need an overnight before going to JFK

They will get 2 stars due to not having a service to hold your luggage before check-in. IN NYC, really!?!? Also the walls are paper thin and you can clearly hear other guests. Otherwise, the rooms in this hotel are great, and the bathrooms are excellent, customer service is friendly. Great place to stay in Brooklyn if you don't have any bags, but just think about that for a second...
