The location is great for me. However, the elevator buttons were inoperable on my floor (14th fl.), the panel to type in the requested floor/lobby on one side of the hallway was missing/torn out and the panel on the other side had a red X and said it was out of order. So I had to walk down the stairs. Also, the lobby was an absolute mess with construction. The listing should mention the hotel is under major construction and nobody should be staying on a floor as high as 14 where the elevator is not available. This is absurd
