Let us check in at 9:30am at no extra charge. 2 parking garages on same block. Views of Times Square from room. Must use resort fee at hotel restaurant, bar. Very nice staff, big room, comfy bed.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The restaurants on site met our snacking needs. The room was adequate to our needs and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom needs more hooks and towel racks. No towel rack and one hook on the back of the door isn’t enough. Would stay there again.
