I loved my stay at the hotel. However, I prepaid for breakfast for my girlfriend and I and there was a mix-up between Expedia and Sheraton, because i was charged for my breakfast. That was disappointing. Additionally, at check in, i was told that everything was taken care of and the the next day, i was charged an additional $150 for "security deposit." I felt blindsided by that. That surprise dampened my enjoyable stay.

The rooms are small and dated, the bathroom is tiny- overall stay was good. The location is great- the $35 per day “food credit” charge was ridiculous! DO NOT go to the breakfast Buffett- I’ve had much better breakfast at a Hampton Inn for free. Then this place billed an automatic $18 gratuity Fee onto the $40 breakfast Buffett, the server only poured orange juice for us. Food quality was terrible.

The concierges were fantastic. (Talked wih 4 on different occasions after a great experience with our first) They listened to what we wanted and came up with suggestions that went beyond what we could learn in a tour book. Gtreat sccess to public transportation.

The mail entrance is still closed due to remodeling. The side entrance is a small area and very congested. There is no where to sit and wait for your room to be ready. Many groups stay there as well. Lobby is stressful!!

The bathroom has assist ramps and bars to hold on to when showering. I grabbed one to help balance me getting into the shower. It broke off the wall. The nail looked so old and rusted no wonder the bar came off so easily. I almost felt into the tub. The tube was also very dirty. As no one bothered to clean it.
