Great stay with my kids! Our flight arrived early, and even though check-in wasn’t until 4 PM, the front desk was able to accommodate us with early check-in, which we really appreciated. The room and hotel were clean and well maintained. We also used the luggage storage service for a small fee after checkout since our flight wasn’t until later that evening, which was very convenient. The only downside was some additional fees that we weren’t aware of ahead of time. Overall, a pleasant stay and would recommend.

Room was ok. Location is better. But there was an announcement to leave the building cause firefighters are on their way. We were in the 29th floor. When we reach the lobby, they told us to go back to the room. It was a burst pipe.

this hotel is not welcoming - luggage storage is outsourced - long check in lines and similarly long check out line - they charge a fee for facilities that are ridiculously basic (gym which is nothing special, a bottle of water, ... ) the rooms are dated and the elevators function poorly, sometimes not a all and we got stuck in between floors ...)

I saw some reviews mentioning poor service at the hotel, but my experience was completely the opposite. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and attentive, always willing to assist us as much as possible. It’s true that sometimes the elevator takes a little longer or there can be a small issue when calling it, but for a building with almost 50 floors, that’s totally understandable. The hotel offers exactly what’s needed, basic, comfortable, and it met our needs very well. We would definitely stay here again. The location is excellent, with the subway practically at the door, which is extremely convenient.

The room was in very good condition—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Check-in was a bit slow due to limited staff at the front desk. There are also only a few elevators available to access the rooms, which can cause some waiting time.
