The staff at the front desk were great. The location was amazing!! The elevators were not working, we had to use the service elevator. There were two out of three mornings we did not have hot water while showering. Something was wrong with the air and it had to be worked on then it was freezing cold In the room.

Well there was no hot water, or breakfast available to us. I even paid for that..and no one offered it to me or told me where it was. I was also moved rooms and it still didnt give hot water at all. It was a frustrating stay all around and I dont reccomend, theres other hotels with better rooms and more available staff to help.

This was the worst experience of our lives. The elevators are horrific. Plan on at least 30 minutes (up to an hour at peak times). They "lost" an elevator in between some of the floors- and it was one of about 3 that actually was operational. At one point someone threw up in an elevator and the worker actually told us to just not step in it. The manager was a complete jerk- his name was Tyler- he lied to us- and said that he was going to see what the problem was (because at 10:00 that night, we still didn't have our second room, and he never came back to the lobby to help us- he literally went back to his office and sat with his feet propped up on the desk) he rolled his eyes at my 74 year old mother and was extremely condescending. The toilets leaked, the rooms smelled like body odor, and the showers didn't drain in either of the rooms that we were in. IT WAS AN AWFUL HOTEL. My daughter stayed there 18 months ago and loved it. This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. I wouldn't stay here again even if it was free! While the location is convenient to lots of things, the service and elevators and rooms are awful. If I could give it negative starts, I would.

Location was great. No trashcans in lobby so trash piled in various areas. Elevators were inconsistent and at times stopped working. Workers seemed understaffed, but were so kind and accommodating.

The room was fine and the bed comfortable. My issue was with the elevator system. The usual wait time was 20 minutes. Going down was near impossible. By the time the elevator stopped on our floor, it was full and we had to wait on the next one. When you are on the 42nd floor and 70 years old, the stairs are not an option. Will not stay there again because of the computerized elevator system.
