We booked two 2-queen suites for one night, but when we arrived, the hotel only had one room ready and gave us a 1-king suite instead. That meant four adults had to share one bed. The front desk first said they’d bring out a rollaway bed to help, but later said they didn’t have any left. Two of us ended up sleeping on the floor with just some blankets and comforters.
When I asked for compensation, the front desk refused, claiming the king suite was more expensive, even though prices online showed the opposite. They told me to speak with management the next morning, but when I tried, I was told there’s no management on weekends and only one person working the entire front desk. The person working then gave me the management's email to contact and still no response whatsoever.
Overall, a terrible experience and terrible way to end a long day of traveling. The only redeeming factor was the breakfast.
