Absolute worst customer service. I booked the hotel stay on Expedia and when my trip dates changed, I changed them on Expedia and received a confirmation. When I called the hotel, they told me they showed the reservation was canceled and that they were sold out for the dates that I needed. I booked this trip for a client who is having a medical procedure and was going to land in New York within the hour. They showed absolutely no remorse or consideration for the situation and told me I had to contact Expedia. When I called Expedia, they assured me that the reservation was in fact changed, not canceled and provided me with a confirmation number and proof of the reservation. When I called back to the hotel, they told me there was nothing they could do and that I would have to contact Expedia for the refund. If they showed even the least bit of remorse, it would’ve been more tolerable, but the fact that they were incredibly rude and did not seem to care less about my predicament, just made me more furious. I will never, ever book a client at this hotel again.
