Great stay for the Mets game!

We had a great experience at this surprisingly spacious hotel. NYC is not famous for large hotel rooms so we were elated to open our door to this palatial spread. Boasting a full size refrigerator/freezer, kitchen sink and dishwasher, we could envision staying several days more. The bathroom was sparkling clean and the rooftop view was great. We were able to park just down the block ($24 for 24 hours), walk to the Mets game and then walk back to the hotel. We purchased frozen pizzas at the store nearby and some wine from the downstairs liquor store. It was a nice stay and the people working there were very helpful and friendly. 10/10 recommend and would stay there again.

Uncomfortable. Inconvenient with respect to parking. Room not made after it was requested, but apparently someone entrred the and removed a brand new bar of soap I placed in the shower, as I did not want to use the body wash. Loud music from next door guests could be heard through the walls late into the night. No iron in room.

I booked the suite but the neighbor was so loud at 2am. The staff was nice, he knocked on the door but no one was answering. Then we had to transfer to another way smaller queen bed room to sleep. Btw, the queen bed room had poor sound proof window, I fell in sleep until 6 in the morning.

The location was great for the concert we were seeing at citifield but the room wasn’t the best. The sheet didn’t cover the mattress and the duvet also barely covered the mattress which left us cold at night. Otherwise the staff was friendly and everything else went fine

The room was clean, & the bed was great. Room lacked many amnesties. The breakfast was a joke. The staff at the front desk provided conflicting information or didn’t have responses to basic questions, such as when breakfast is served.

Overall I had a good stay, but my check out experience was horrible. My fiancée and I stayed for one night and gave this hotel all the praises, saying we would return one day. That was until we had to check out. I have never experienced a check out like this before. They tell you to wait at least 5 minutes so the cleaning staff can check the rooms. Okay that’s new to me. I have ginger colored hair. So from time to time my hair does cause a stain. I was charged $20 per pillow that my hair messed up because “they wouldn’t be able to get that stain out.” I found that to be ridiculous and I will not be returning to this place.
