Great location and attentive staff

The staff were very attentive and professional. My Dad also had a delicate problem that they dealt with very sensitively and swiftly. The service was great throughout our stay. I would give 5 stars, but the lobby area is not designed well and can't handle too many people arriving at one time. Even with more than 4 staff serving the people were coming out of the lifts from the BA flight all within 20 mins. Maybe a redesign our swifter check in process? The room was great! My Dad loves the electric blinds and black out blinds. High-end quality.

I loved staying here so much! It wasn't just the location or the wonderful room (with the VERY helpful blackout shades)--the staff are kind, efficient, friendly, and so helpful. I felt like I was cared for from the second I walked in. I cannot rate their customer service high enough--10/10. No notes. :)

I was charged an early check in fee and a hold charge. I asked the front desk to apply my hold fee towards the early check in fee and was still charged for both. I will follow up to see if they release the hold fee. Otherwise a top notch hotel
