Kind staff and a clean room. I am a germaphobe and I cannot stay in hotels that get bad cleanliness ratings. This hotel was awesome. They welcomed us and said goodbye every time we came and went. Central location makes walking anywhere super super easy and fast!

1st, the down side, it’s smaller and not full service. the lobby and common area was beautifully appointed and exceptionally clean. The rooms were well above average for a NYC hotel (iykyk). Finally, the staff was exceptional from the moment we walked in through getting us a ride service for our trip to the airport.

Room was clean and comfortable. Rockefeller Center, Saks 5th Ave, Times Square and Broadway were blocks away. Subway at 47-50, Rockefeller was a block and a half away west. Elevator down to Grand Central Terminal concourse was half a block away east on 48th. Excellent location!
