This hotel has an industrial glamorous type of a feel the rooms are basic, but still clean and refreshing the bed comfortable the people at the desk are amazing. I would definitely stay here again if I were going to stay in that neighborhood.

The room was nice and clean and the staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful. However, this hotel is not for travelers of more than 1 person. The rooms are VERY small with no drawers and tiny closets. Two ppl in one room felt very crowded

The location to subway and restaurants was ideal for our stay. However, the walls were to thin and I could hear the neighbors every time the came and went to their room. The rooms were a bit small for us, two people, along with limited counter space and poor lighting.

New hotel with a rustic charm

The rooms are not as spacious for New York, but this new property has a modern look that is appealing to the eye and the rooms gives rustic charm! I stay every so often and I am never disappointed! I always have a good night's sleep!

It was fine but I wouldnt it stay here again. My room had a bit of a mildew smell. There are also stairs to get to the front of the loby with no accessibility ramp or anything to get your luggage in. at check in and check out the male workers watched me, a female, struggle to drag my luggage up and down the steps with zero offer of help which I feel is hospitality 101. Especially for the price. You can find something much better with bigger rooms (omg the room was TINY) in FIDI for $350 a night.
