In the city for an overnight and we found this hotel to be convenient to where we were visiting and a good value. Rooms are clean and generally up to date. Small but included breakfast was a nice touch too.

Staff was very nice. However the first time we used the bathroom sink it clogged up. Our in room phone did not work. Staff came to fix the clog within 15mins, they never fixed the phone. So if I needed something I had to go to the front desk. The shower drain would fill up while taking a shower. Right outside of our window was a ‘deep pit like area’ where a bunch of pigeons lived with their eggs so we just kept the shade closed. We were only there for one night but I definitely wouldn’t have stayed another night.

I like that this hotel is on a major subway line and bus line that takes you from uptown to the World Trade Center. No need for taxi or Uber.

Made a quick day trip to the city and the hotel was close to the event, as well as transportation. Room was smaller but for the price and location was great ( other rooms in the city are of comparable size). Arrived early and was going to drop luggage while went out and was pleasantly surprised at the available early check in, and the price point for this was really good. Staff was always friendly and room was very clean. Made a last minute trip very easy. Highly reccomend

Just what we needed on short notice. Decent value but “resort” fee is just more price. Stop listing without this fee. Room was small but clean and up to date. Window ac worked fine. Night clerk at desk not the best but ok.
