Overall a good stay, for a hostel. Rooms and shared bathrooms were clean. Comfortable lounge. Things I wish I’d known: No elevator. Two flights to the lobby, two more to (most) rooms. Rooms have only a bed. No dresser, table, stand. My room had two hooks for coats, my brother’s didn’t. Each room’s ceiling is just mesh, like a storage space. So any noise is very amplified. Bring earplugs!

Courteous staff, great location, charming street-facing public rooms. Floors are separated by gender. Room & bathrooms very clean. VERY QUIET!! Everyone respected the no talking rules. It was perfect for a few nights.

The rooms themselves are comfortable and common areas are cute and cozy. However, if you’re at all a light sleeper, good luck. The doors to the rooms slam shut loudly and people come and go at all hours of the night so you hear it constantly. My neighbor also snored and they might as well have been in the same room as me, with how the sound travels.

Very basic. Great location. Cute lounge areas. The rooms aren't rooms though, they are stalls with beds-- no drawers, no hooks, no ceiling. I was whispering on my phone and got shushed by someone in the next stall. Prefer that to noise though, honestly. Staff was nice, responsive. I felt bad, this European couple was yelling at the remote reception dude on the screen. Complaining. I'm like, you realize this isnt the four seasons, my guy... its a clean efficient affordable chill place to crash in a dirty inaccessible expensive noisy city. Totally decent for short trips if you dont plan to be roosting and dont have a ton of luggage. Im happy this place and will stay often.

The staff were great. The facility was fairly clean, but in these types of situations? It really depends on the guests which is a crap shoot. Can't blame the establishment. A room has 6 walls. This sleeping arrangement had 5. Open white lattice is not a ceiling. Which allows one to hear every person sleeping. If you are sensitive to noise and light, plan accordingly before arrival.

Sleeping pods, bed first night was bad but they let me switch rms. Staff was nice. Common areas were decent, liked that everywhere is basically a quiet area. There is a club nextdoor that goes to 1 am on Saturdays but the hostel does provide earplugs and eye masques. It did kind of smell like sleep, would be better if they had air filters. If you dont want to spend a lot ir just want a place to sleep this is a decent choice, right next to Chinatown and Little Italy...

Filthy with rodents. Complained to you and to front desk staff immediately upon arrival, snd still could not cancel my stay there and get my prepaid payment refunded. Had to stay there first night as had no other options but checked out and left a day early. Truly a horrible place, and v. Disappointed with you and the hotel for not refunding my payment.
