This boutique hotel in NYC is as close to perfect as it gets. The room is exceptional—its design is not only stunning but also highly intentional. Every detail feels thoughtfully curated, from the high-quality furniture to the ample storage and automatic closet lighting. The technology is subtle yet impressive: you can control the lights and window shades right from your bedside, and even request privacy or service with the touch of a button. The staff is outstanding—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Amenities are exactly what you need: a well-equipped gym and a stylish downstairs lounge featuring live music. Overall, this hotel delivers an experience that is both luxurious and practical. I will absolutely stay here again. 11/10!

My wife joined me for 2 nights of a business trip and we stayed at The Wallace. The hotel is excellent. Very high-end. Friendly and attentive staff. Quick & easy access to express subway to Broadway shows and Times Square. Easy walk to Central Park. Highly recommend.
