The room I had booked was not ideal at all. There was no WiFi, the tv kept messing up which led me to watch nothing during my stay. There was no cellular signal which prevented me from doing work in the comfort of the room, I had to step outside to make calls or to finish some work. The mini fridge was also not working so I could not save any treats for the next day. I personally would not recommend staying here.

The room was pretty clean and they did housekeeping daily. we had a corner view room which was really nice at night! would’ve preferred a different room where we weren’t by the garage construction but overall would stay here again

The room had a bunch of damages and marks on the walls. The sink was clogged. A few of the light switches didn’t work or the lights were very dim. The air conditioner didn’t work well it took a while 24 hours for our room to cool down a bit

The lock on the door quit working and we could not enter our room. Eventually, a custodian used a crowbar to break into the room so we could move our belongings to another room. The built in desk had no light above it making it difficult to see. No coffee to be found. No luggage cart to be used. Room was quiet and clean.

The hotel is beautiful, the view from the wonderful room is beautiful. But there was no Minibar in the room I stayed in, and there was no ice in the machine in the hallway.
