Clean and friendly place. Weird set up but affordable and saved me from spending $600 a night(was $300 on a crazy expensive night in the city. No elevator and i was on the 5th floor with a lot of bags and there are MANY stairs. Very nice staff offers to help with bags but still a huge inconvenience. Overall okay experience.

Friendly desk staff and nice lounge area in basement. Room could do with a box of tissues and more than one towel per person, especially if staying longer since no housekeeping provided. Overall though great hotel.

My daughter and I stayed here for two nights while in town for a broadway play. It was difficult to find the entrance. I called the hotel, and the owner directed us straight to it. It was safe, near shops, restaurants, and transportation. The room was small, yet perfect. I recommend JG Time Hotel!

Hotel entry is poorly marked and hard to locate. Room is very small and you must climb stairs- no elevator- to access the rooms. The room was clean, shower hot. Good crash pad for an overnighter.

My only complaint was the stairs. My fault...I didn't read everything about the hotel. Senior should stay on the lowest floor. Very comfortable bed, well located, good bathroom, don't expect a lot of room.

Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms are tiny and not soundproofed. Totally sufficient if mostly out and about, and if walking stairs works. We saved lots of money compared to nearby options, a good deal if fancy accommodations are not needed.

Our room and the facility were very clean. The staff were friendly and courteous. Our room was small as expected. Self serve coffee machine and water access was great! Everything small but efficient! Holding luggage service was added bonus. Don’t be alarmed by a small entrance and check in area. Walking distance to all landmark visits. I will stay again.

JG Time Hotel is a nice find near Times Square. The hotel is nice and clean, and the staff is very helpful. The hotel offers free coffee in a comfortable lounge area in the basement and luggage storage. The only concern is that they do not have an elevator. Our room is on the fifth floor. Luckily, the hotel brought our bags to our room.
