The room wasn’t bad but when we first got there the room was freezing and it took a while for it to warm up. Other than that it was ok

Due to the area/vicinity, we called Hotel.com and spoke with an agent as well as calling the Hotel to notify we would not be coming due to the vicinity. The agent we spoke with, female said it would not be a problem and we should get in touch with Hotels.com. So fast it's a month and each on of the them (hotel/and on the online agency) have continuously blame the other. As a constant traveler, I have never had this type of an issue. I am hoping that Hotels.com will step up and do the right thing by crediting the entire amount to the credit card as promised.
