The amenities were so numerous and great quality. The housekeeping staff was very helpful and kind. The technology utilized enhanced the stay instead of confusing and detracting like it sometimes does if not fully tested. (elevator systems for safety, running every need/request and information through the TV, and the lighting systems and use of all from the app) The bathroom layout was awesome and helpful and the view from the huge room windows was worth the price x10.

I went to wicked on Broadway, the hotel was a 7 min walk from the amtrack train, and a 20 min walk to the play. In the right location for a weekend trip

We stayed here for my partner’s birthday and I’m so glad I made the right choice to book this hotel. From check-in to check out, the service was incredible! Everyone was so friendly and we LOVED our room! Highly recommend getting a room with a view of the Empire State Building! I definitely would stay here again!
