The property is nestled on the site of the former Clifton on Trent train station, on the eastern border of Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire and only 12 miles from both Newark and Lincoln. You can walk or cycle 12 miles to Lincoln almost road free, where you can explore its historic centre, famous for Lincoln Castle, Lincoln Cathedral and the iconic Steep Hill. With a choice of various museums and art galleries in the area including the Museum of Lincolnshire Life and the International Bomber Command Centre.
