Breakfast was decent but they quit stocking it at about 9 am and everything was running out all the time. You could get sausage but no eggs at the same time or no orange juice but could get coffee, but the creamer was empty. So hard to get all the items at once because not enough staff to restock all on time.

The room was ok. Other guests were very noisy from 7pm - 7am. Although we were told there would be complimentary breakfast, there was NO breakfast at all! The general area is terrible. And you have to pay for parking (no one in their right mind would park on the street there). Would never stay here again!

Excellent overall! Very convenient to EWR airport and thee shuttle took away any hastle from figuring out how to get there. The hotel is very well kept I felt safe and the staff went far and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. I would stay again. The breakfast went fast, however they replenished it quickly and it was very good!

I was going to stay here after a long flight across the country, but if i can recommend anything to anyone thinking of staying here: don’t. spend your money ANYWHERE else. I was solo traveling and did not feel safe here. First they gave me a room with a broken lock, therefore i couldn’t secure the door or my personal belongings. Then upon requesting a new room, the relocated me to a new room that was dirty. Brown and red smears on the walls? Black smudges on the sheets. And it looked like someone was squatting there. This property is disgusting and i ended up leaving and not staying here because it was dirty and unsafe. Upon asking for a refund, they did not give me a refund even though it’s their fault their property is lacking basic cleanliness or safety. Do not stay here. The manager didn’t care about my experience here and just told the person who answered the phone that they didn’t care and they didn’t want to give me a refund. Terrible customer service. Spend your money anywhere else.
