I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I paid nearly $1400 for four nights, including valet parking, and the service I received was absolutely unacceptable for that price.
From the very first night, issues began. The window blinds were broken, so I called housekeeping and maintenance. A staff member showed up, looked at the issue, and said he’d be back. He never returned. I called again the next day and was promised help, but no one ever came.
Later that same day, my bathroom sink became clogged and completely unusable. I reported it immediately. The same staff member came, said he’d escalate it to management, and again nothing was done.
To make matters worse, housekeeping was almost nonexistent. On multiple occasions, I called after 11 a.m. and was told housekeeping had already left for the day. How is that acceptable at a full-service hotel?
This stay was extremely frustrating, and I regret choosing this property. For the price I paid, I expected far better service and basic functionality in my room. I left feeling disappointed, ignored, and frankly, ripped off.
I will never stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.
