Worse hotel experience I have ever had. First room was dirty bed wasn’t even made. Went down stairs and complained they sent me to another room that was just as bad. I have never seen a hotel so bad in my life. Also they completely refused to refund me.

Heat worked rooms are disgusting meaning bathroom tiles peeling exhaust fans full of dust bathroom tub peeling room had a nasty smell I actually bought a air wick and plugged it in exterior of building nasty bought my own sheets and pillows cases in white towels they had in there where not fully white!

Very disappointed in the quality of the room. The bathroom, in particular, was in serious need of new fixtures, paint, etc. Too few outlets in the room. No mirror other than in the bedroom. Dangerous stairs to the second floor. Doors don't shut thoroughly and chain locks were broken.

Upon arrival into the property, it felt very unsafe. It was not in a comforting area as I was talking to the front desk personnel it seemed that he had no care in his job. He barely even talk to us. He finally gave us her key and upon entering the room, it had a foul odor of weed. So much to the point where it made us sick and we left within 20 minutes. I tried to get a refund. They did not give me a refund even though I didn’t spend the night overall it was a horrible experience and I would not recommend.
