Had to wait 20 minutes to check in with just 1 person ahead! I was tired & stressed from my flight being cancelled & just wanted to get to my room! The morning desk person was a bit short when I asked questions, not very friendly as if I was annoying her! The restaurant people were nice & accommodating.

The front desk attendant that checked me in was wonderful. She took some of the pain away from my flight being cancelled and yet she had a crazy night ahead of her with the long line after me. It was a crazy night for anyone travelling in and out of Newark and representatives like her, make things so much better. I wish I had caught her name.
