The accessible room was spacious and clean. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my friend using a mobility scooter and using the shuttle was so convenient. We loved the fruit infused water, free drink and complimentary coffee. The only small suggestion would be to add a few additional hot options to the continental breakfast. We always stay at the Element when attending concerts at Prudential and will continue to do so because it's a wonderful hotel!

Our grandson had a tournament close by so we choose Element because of location. Very Happy with the hotel. Surprised to see we had a view of New York City, it was beautiful ! The woman at the front desk were incredible with information of the area and so sweet.

Very friendly and helpful employees. Our connecting flight was cancelled, and our bags were held at the airport, and the front desk staff gave us extra toiletries to make our brief stay more comfortable. Was not happy that the room I reserved was no longer available at check-in, but it wasn't too big of a deal because we were staying less than 12 hours.
