I'm sure no one has reported it, but the bathroom in room 342 needs to have the chain in the toilet replaced. Each time i flushed it the chain would fall off. The only other thing that may need to be addressed is the computers for entry and exit of the parking lot. I noticed that i wasn't the only one having issue getting in and out. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

The hotel was nice & our room was very spacious BUT some things were not what I expected for the price . Our bathroom sink was clogged & filling with water . Same thing with the bathtub . I advised & no one corrected the issue . One of the ladies at the front desk of this property had an attitude & was rude when I was asking questions . When I booked , parking prices were $25 & I showed my itinerary but I was charged $30 . Not sure if id stay again . The hotel itself was great ! Great views & the whole hotel was very spacious & quiet .

Once arriving to the hotel, the front entrance was crowded with cars left parked outside At the front door. When booking this hotel through expedia it did not specify that parking is $30 a day. And that the pool was under maintenance We found out after we booked through an email that Expedia sent us It should be told before booking. We did receive two complementary drink drinks, which was nice. Breakfast time was very crowded We had to stand and wait on a long line There were no staff coordinating the line and people were skipping the line.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room had a strong odor, there were roaches, and the overall appearance was dirty and poorly maintained. The toilet clogged, and instead of addressing the issue quickly, we had to wait over 20 minutes just to be moved to another room at midnight. The front desk staff were rude, unprofessional, and not welcoming at all. Customer service was nonexistent, and it’s clear they don’t prioritize their guests. I absolutely do not recommend staying here.

Great place to stay Parking is over priced

Our stay was good, but the parking fee is outrageous—$30 a night—added to the room price. There is no other place to park around the hotel. I stayed before the pandemic, and parking was free. We are all going through trying times with many of us losing our jobs.....just think about the price of parking, especially when you have someone booking 4 rooms and staying at your hotel for 4 days.
