Samantha front desk was wonderful, her warmth and attitude, so welcoming and she efficiently accommodated our request to move to a quieter room. The room itself was very comfortable and well designed. While there was a microwave, we wished there was a coffee maker. The only issue we had was the knob to flip the shower on was not easy to pull up and we couldn’t get it to go into position so the water never fully came out of the shower, it was mostly out of the spout and sort of a shower-we we’re very concerned about the bottom of the tub: very slippery, and no grab bars so going to the end of the tub to get the shampoo and soap and back under the (weak) shower felt dangerous-not meaning to sound dramatic but that is how it felt and we are not elderly or infirm.

hotel owner claimed on the phone during the night shift he was the only one & did not have anyone else on the night shift to cancel a reservation. I asked how he can run a hotel with no other staff? he questioned me if I own a hotel & knew how to run one? I replied "No" but I told him running a hotel is a 24hour operation & he needs more than himself to run his hotel to properly provide & serve its guests. however, the rest of the staff during the day shift was very friendly & very accommodating; most especially a Ms.Riddi who I must compliment on her kindness & professionalism

Very close to Linden Station NJT. A quick 30 minute trip to Penn Station. Nearby dining options are limited if walking. Great front desk service and quick response to our minor TV issue. Breakfast was very good, the breakfast attendants did their job well, it was a busy weekend.

A huge shopping mall across street and next to the hotel. Targer and WalMart are close by. The hotel is very new. The front desk is very accommodating and friendly. Nice breakfast, but no toaster for bread and not enough dining tables even with outdoor tables. The room was clean and large. Very comfortable and quiet. Without heavy traffic, it is only 30-40 mins drive to the NY Central Park. Will revisit.

Enjoyed my stay at this new hotel!

I recently stayed one night at this new hotel, which opened in May, and it was great! I usually stay at the Hampton Inn down the street, when in the area, which was recently renovated (upset they removed jetted tubs!), but this hotel is new and was a better value when I booked and if the price is right will be my new hotel when staying in Linden! It was a bit odd they called me around 3-4pm, to confirm I was still coming, I still had a 3.5 hour drive to make from home, confirmed my stay, and was worried they gave away my room or something when they called. When I arrived, the woman who had called checked me in, and she was great, very friendly, and quick! I had room 404, it was mostly quiet, and further away from the main road. The only issue I had was the toilet kept running, and as it would fill up, it would empty/flush every 15 or so minutes which was annoying. I also found a long dark hair in the hand towel by the sink. Otherwise the room was clean and brand new/great condition! The AC worked well, as did the fridge, bed was comfortable, and plenty of pillows! Breakfast was very busy, I arrived around 9:20 and everything was wiped out, but staff were quick to refill everything, and there was even bacon! At checkout, they blocked off the coffee machine, so I couldn't get one for the road. Breakfast was great though and tasty! I would recommend this hotel to others as it is new, clean, great breakfast, friendly staff, and will stay again some day hopefully!
