Left less than 10 minutes into checking in. Pictures do not match the room. They double charged us and we didn’t even stay. Room was so filled with smoke our eyes burned and throats hurt in the less than 10 minutes we were there. Do not recommend by any means.

I saw room and frequent this hotel never have I had the issues I had on this night. I couldn’t use the jacuzzi my wife and I went specifically for the jacuzzi so we can relax after a long week there was no hot water. Called front desk they said they will turn on water in the bathroom!I asked about jacuzzi she turns on bathroom water. We called after waiting3 hours to see if the water ever warmed up it was still ice cold not even warm. After 3 calls they switched our room and said they will turn on hot water heater but it will take sum time needless to say 9 am the dam water was still ice cold wasted night wasted money and on top of that the lady at front desk yelled at us because we were unhappy !

The room was fine, I had to cancel the 2nd night. The staff was pretty nice & the manager gave the ok for a refund. Overall it was a good experience & I would stay again
