Pictures on website are nice , but don’t reflect the reality . There are no restaurants on site. Small cafe with small selection of pastry and Cofee ( no lattes or espresso, just drip coffee) is only open from 6-10am . Large hotel, but looks border line abandoned. One of 4 elevators taped closed . Other elevators look aged . Duck tape on carpet here and there . Rooms are clean, but everything old and shows wear and tear. heat goes on and off and requires maintenance crew . Under staffed , so you have to stay on hold for someone to answer your call. I would say if you found this hotel in $60-70 range then go for it. If you shopping in $150 range and up - keep swiping . Big disappointed for me .

The room was basically clean but I noticed some black mold forming in the bathroom. It seems to be being missed by staff. Otherwise, the stay was great.

the rooms are neglected, heater was broken with an outside temperature of 13F, I paid over 500 dollars for one night, no option for food except a coffee shop closing early afternoon, rooms are not well maintained for the price they charge. staff are rough except for Orlando and Nadim Alkhalil, these two gentlemen were the only bright experience that I had.
