4 spacious bedrooms provide accommodation for up to 8 guests, main bathroom with huge tub, master bedroom with ensuite.
There is a fully fenced level grassed backyard, plenty of parking, secure and homely neighbourhood all within walking distance to the beach.

Caves Beach is a coastal suburb on the Swansea peninsula between Lake Macquarie and the Pacific Ocean in New South Wales, roughly 30 km south of Newcastle. It’s named after its iconic sea caves at the southern end of the beach, which are popular to explore at low tide and help make the area a standout coastal destination. The beach itself is patrolled in warmer months and is great for swimming and surfing.
