Not impressed. Wine glasses had wine stains from previous guests upon arrival. Glitch in system meant we didn’t get the room service we ordered because staff already went home for the night. Parking for valet was not clear at all. No pool or spa facility.

Great 3 to 4 star hotel. Unfortunately they advertise it as 5 star and charge accordingly. Front desk understaffed snd waited to check in and out, "City views" in a $450 room were of the side of the town hall, windows were filthy, room was small and dominated by a bed with sofa and table an afterthought, no desk or bathtub. Luckily restaurant was well worth it.
