We are delighted to present this 6 bedroom 4 bathroom property located in the Roker area just a short walk to the beach and park. There is private parking at the back of the property for one car and free unrestricted on street parking at the front, as well as access to a private garden.
The property is fully furnished and offers accommodation for up to 14 guests. A great place to stay for contractors!
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and additional multi cooker pot.
There is a living room where guests can relax complete with a smart TV.
The six bedrooms can all accommodate 2 people with 3 double beds and the remaining 3 set up as 2 singles in each room. There are additional sofa beds suitable for one person in each living room and an additional one which is suitable for a small child.
