As you enter this home on the ground floor you are greeted in an inviting hallway witch real wood flooring leading you to all principal reception rooms. There a spacious main reception room complete with fireplace and sliding double doors leading out on to the secluded south-west facing garden. The kitchen/breakfast room leads through to a charming conservatory witch makes the most of the green surroundings. A convenient utility room is also located off the kitchen and further on the ground floor there is a separate dining room also benefiting from double siding doors leading to the garden. ,
