The manager could do better.

Sue at breakfast was a good friendly efficient member of staff. Good personality and friendly . I had a problem checking in as we were 90 minutes early. I was surprised to find that a hotel of this size didn't have a single room available for a couple that had driven for three hours and are almost 80 years old. I mentioned this to the manager and his attitude was not what I expected from a hotel manager.

Nice hotel and location

We have stayed at Ramada hotel for the past 3 year's and always been pleased with the hotel. Nice welcome and room was okay, the sofa bed was horrible and could not use to sit on. What a horrible abrupt at reception today on our return. This is the first time we have experience this and definitely do not want to have again.

It’s very noisy it’s 2.30am & I’m still awake as there are people singing below us & we are level 4!.. you can hear people moving around too! Not sure if this is the norm or just tonight!
