Set on 12 picturesque acres, this quality and spacious 3BR, 2 bathroom, architect designed house, is privately located in a magnificent setting only a short stroll from Newham Village. Applegarth is a comfortable retreat for 7 people.

Applegarth is only one hour from Melbourne CBD, 10 minutes to Woodend and Lancefield and 15 minutes to Kyneton.

Pets are welcome but outside only with a garage and shed available for shelter.

The spacious living area has great views to mature gums, the garden and Hanging Rock. There is a small second living area/foyer with a TV. The large master bedroom is ensuited. The second bedroom is also spacious and ensuited. The third bedroom is just off the living area and close to a bathroom. The property includes a laundry with a washer and dryer.

Outside there are soccer and footy goals and a dam stocked with fish.
