Nice 1 night stop

Checkin was a breeze. "KK" was a true delight!! Riom was very spacious and perfect for our trip. The decor was beautiful as well. The beds were a little more firm than typical, but they werent awful. Only complaint was for a Friday check in the pool hours were way too short and the arcade seemed to be randomly staffed vs always staffed Friday evening and Saturday morning. Overall would stay again!

Great Place!!

This is the second time I have stayed here. Both times have been great. We go for the indoor water park for my grandkids. They absolutely love the water. I wish I would have gotten one of the lifeguards names. They were all friendly and spoke to my granddaughter while they were playing but she really interacted with her and my granddaughter loved it. Then Chucky interacted with both of my grandkids this morning as we were heading out. We will definitely be back.

Casino concert

It's our second time being at 7 clans council casino. And it's the second time going to a concert at the casino and staying. Good experience both times can't complain. We plan on attending another concert in May and we will be staying at the casino again. We did not go to the water park this time we went the first time and it was awesome. Tracy Lawrence was who we seen this time and it was awesome best concert.

Staff is amazing! (For most part 😅) Poor to average stay this time around. Was spring break in the area, so i am taking that into account. Rules from management of the casino and amenity areas are rather annoying, but for the price you cant really complain. Kitchen staff for breakfast is amazing, saving grace of my trip! The staff seem overworked, so tip them well, please! ❤

Fine for a cheap overnighter.

Rooms were decently comfortable, but were saturated with cigarette smoke from the casino. Breakfast buffet had few options. We did not go down to the casino and arrived too late for the water park, so it was essentially a cheap overnighter.

I absolutely love KK at the front desk. She delivers great customer service. Chuck in housekeeping is amazing! Keith over the waterpark thinks it is okay that all of us old people and young kids are freezing in the water. Betty in the Arcade is cool The price is good. My Granddaughter and I have been there 4X now. 2 times they were out of milk for the breakfast

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was pitiful. For being a casino hotel we expected more. No protien options at all. Other than that our stay was fine.
