All staff excellent!! Sunday Wanderlust brunch is a must do! So fun. Nightly happy hour at the pool and inside at the bar. Themed dinners. Close to many other fun restaurants and bars. They will get you a taxi in 5 minutes or less. Although there is no beach instead, they have floating rafts to lay in the water if you don’t want to hang by the pool. Public beaches are within walking distance. Concierge very helpful with setting up our boat excursion. We have stayed here before and it is even better now.

This property is a home away from home. The staff is always very welcoming and helpful. They have recently added a shuttle service with access to 2 neighboring beaches along Seven Mile. This feature is amazing and makes the property that much better!

The hotel staff were so kind and helpful, and they made my partner’s and my birthday so special! They brought us personalized hand-written birthday cards with a piece of cake to celebrate our special days. The staff working in the lobby even remembered my name as I walked in and out of the property and greeted me. The property is beautiful both inside and out, and I love how they have made the most of not having a direct beach - they offer shuttles to nearby beaches with sand if that’s your style. The beach here has an amazing artificial reef and nearby are amazing snorkeling spots, so i definitely recommend this place if you love snorkeling. There are so many included amenities (the kayaks, paddle boards, water trampolines) and the staff really go above and beyond to ensure your stay is the best; I can confidently say this was the best hospitality experience I’ve ever had. The hotel is also conveniently located, being close to some awesome local restaurants (Chicken Chicken and Peppers), Camana Bay, Georgetown, and the Airport. When I come back, I definitely would like to stay here again. Thank you to the staff so much for making my trip so special; I really appreciate it!

The Summer House Experience was an absolute blast! We came to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary, and the entire staff made our week-long stay at Summer House Marriott Phenomenal and Fantastic! The friendly staff were just so warm and welcoming, making our stay amazing. The pool staff was incredible! They pampered every guest like royalty. Not only did they find the perfect lounge chairs in the poolside location, they provided fresh towels and seat covers, sunscreen, and even personally cleaned off the sun glasses of each guest. They even made sure our umbrellas were adjusted just right to shade us. The poolside waiter was amazing at taking constant orders, so we were always refreshed and hydrated. Every smile, attention to detail, and consideration to every guest’s need was truly exceptional. We will definitely come back in the future! The people who provided us with bicycles made sure the bikes were the right height and in good working order. They even sent us off with a cold bottle of water and directions so we could enjoy our bikes safely. There was one minor issue when we went to the Veranda beachside restaurant. Although the restaurant was rarely empty of customers, the hostess told us to come back in an hour. However, as we turned to walk away, another staff member came up to the hostess and had a stern conversation with her about turning us away. Then, he came after us and invited us to take a seat with a wonderful recommendation. We kicked off our first dinner.

The Grand Cayman Marriott Resort was perfect. Everyone was friendly. The staff was amazing and so helpful. The location was just right for quickly accessing the beach or the main shopping areas. We had the best service from RJ, Jimena, Sid, and so many others from the restaurants and poolside dining. We highly recommend staying here.

Clean, good service, there is no beach in front the hotel, if you are looking for a nice beach stay at Westin. There is a very good restaurant with local food across from the hotel, Peppers, worth trying and good prices. As far as the rest of the island, it is worth renting a car and visiting Rum Point, and Starfish beach. Do the stingray excursion with Captain Jake and Alex. And enjoy a nice vacation.

It is a Beautiful location! The view of the sunsets and ocean was stunning. Very convenient to go to Georgetown. What made it very enjoyable was the staff!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We can't wait to visit again.

Great venue for families with easy staircase access, pool (can get crowded), bikes that can be checked out (my wife and I had a great time biking around the local area for 40 minutes), and very welcoming staff. Rooms come with balcony. Can get noisy at night from other resort loud music. Fitness center is open 24/7 and has modest equipment. Breakfast buffet is amazing with plenty of options for less than $45 USD and was easily the star of the show. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Wonderful family vacation!! This was our second time here and we hope to return. Jheanel, always smiling, helped to make our stay unforgettable! I had asked to move to the first floor to make it easier for the kids and she gave us a stunning room. My daughter enjoyed all of the daily activities and my son and husband even took the Hobie cat out. Amazing food at all of the restaurants, great entertainment, beautiful grounds, well appointed rooms - what else could we ask for? Cayman is paradise.

Had a cold shower in my last morning, Sunday brunch was good, however the food by the pool was just ok. Cocktails were horrible. Everything was WAY overpriced. Will never return, way too expensive for what you get.
