Sunset View (Lower Unit) is closed January–May 2026 for a full remodel and will reopen newly updated with a fully remodeled kitchen, two newly remodeled bathrooms including a brand-new en-suite bathroom for the Cal King bedroom, all-new countertops and showers, new flooring throughout, fresh interior and exterior paint, a private in-unit washer and dryer, and soundproof flooring in the upper unit for enhanced privacy between units

THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH REQUIRES THE RENTER OF A PROPERTY BE 25 YEARS OF AGE
No smoking (including cannabis and vaping)
No parties or loud groups
Quiet hours: 9 PM–10 AM
The signer of the rental agreement must occupy the rental for the entire stay.
Illegal parking, parties, or loud gatherings may result in city fines of $2,000 or more.
Exterior security cameras are installed for guest safety and property protection.
There is a $50 per day / night charge for any visitors not listed on the rental agreement and / or exceeding 6 guests.

Hosts are allowed to ask the following about a guest’s need for a service animal:
Whether the guest requires their service animal because of a disability
What work or task the service animal has been trained to perform
🐕 A guest’s service animal must be:
Under the guest’s control at all times
Housebroken
