We chose this hotel specifically because of the advertised airport shuttle service. Unfortunately, the experience did not match what was described. Due to overnight transportation issues at Newark Airport, we were directed to the shuttle pickup area. Although the hotel shuttle was advertised as running every 30 minutes, we waited over an hour before it arrived. As a result, we did not reach the hotel until approximately 6:00 a.m. At that point, the room was effectively unusable, as we had no opportunity for meaningful rest before continuing international travel. The front desk check-in itself was fine, but the shuttle service — which was the primary reason for booking this property — was unreliable overnight. Travelers arriving late at night or early morning should be aware of this limitation. I would ask for refund because I could not get use of the hotel.

Got a room with half cleaned bathroom with wet towels on the floor from previous guest with trash can still with trash leftover. No shampoo and soap front desk clerk extremely unhelpful asked her to deliver the shampoo and soap to my room and she refused

Very clean and maintained and staff was very nice. I got to meet the "famous" Mel everyone raves about and she was super sweet and accommodating to all customers. I just moved from another location in Lake Forest that was the total opposite. So I appreciated the refeshing change since I was paying twice.

Odor upon walking into the room. Burners took a long time to heat up. Peeling paint on refrigerator doors. Peeling paint outside shower. Peeling ceiling paint in shower. Bed not comfortable. Pillows are flat. Flickering desk and night light. They don’t have a stainless steel option for who are more conscious about their cookware. Breakfast option is a joke. Only positive option is parking which is convenient and ample.

This was not a good dtay. There were dried paint dropping everywhere and when i went to take a shower, the shower head fixture was broken. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and would not recommend this place for people with back issues.

Yes, staff courteous and room clean. But it took a while to figure out the in the wall air-conditioning system. And we did not have any in room entertainment due to ongoing work, ? upgrade on it.
